What's the Big Deal About Thanksgiving?

A Poem About Thanksgiving

Barbie Crafts
Fall has well performed its show
The mornings bring a chill;

As the leaves fall to the ground
at home here on the hill;

My favorite holiday arrives;
Thanksgiving, true and pure;

There are no costumes, gifts, or lights;
What is,praytell, the lure?

The turkey and the stuffing
are followed by the pie;

The relatives assemble
with their spirits running high.

We bow our heads in one accord;
to thank the Lord Above;

Thanksgiving Day, a holiday
that's filled with warmth and love.
