What's the Difference between Frogs & Toads?

I've always considered myself to be a very caring person who likes to help people out. That is why I feel like I need to talk about something that has me very concerned for my fellow humans.

Recently there have been many reports that are disheartening. Thanks to all those fairy tales we hear, many women have been kissing frogs in hopes of finding their prince. There is nothing wrong with that because that myth is totally true. The problem is that many of these women have not been kissing frogs, they've been kissing toads. As we all know, toads do not turn into princes. Only frogs turn into princes. So for all you ladies who are looking for prince charming you must first be able to tell the difference between a frog and a toad.

The first way to tell toads and frogs apart is their skin. If you find your target amphibian and you pick it up and think to yourself. "This isn't so bad; this frog isn't as slimy as I thought it was." Well that's because it's not a frog. Toads are the ones that have the dry skin. The frogs absolutely have slimy skin, that's the whole point. Witches aren't going to turn frogs in to something that people don't mind kissing, that wouldn't make any sense! Witches make princes into something slimy and disgusting that princesses will not want to kiss.

You can also tell frogs and toads apart by their legs. The frogs are the ones with the long strong legs and webbed feet. Toads have very short legs. The reason is that the long legs make frogs able to jump farther, making them harder to catch. The reason being believe it or not, not all frog princes want to be kissed by princesses. Why? Because Disney are liars! Not all princesses are beauties, some are very ugly.

The frogs can also see a princess' beauty or uglity from a far distance because of their bulging eyes. Frogs have bulging eyes, toads do not. Frogs also lay eggs in clusters while toads lay eggs in long chains but that has nothing to do with princes and princesses.

Also there are a few places that have an advantage when it comes to deciphering toads and frogs. If you are a princess in Antarctica or Australia then you have it easy. The only continent that does not have frogs is Antarctica. So if you are a princess in Antarctica then forget about it. That frog you think is a frog is a toad. Unfortunately for you, you will have to find a human prince. Australia is the only country that does not have toads. So if you are a princess living in Australia then you don't even have to check to see if it is a toad or a frog, it is definitely a frog.

So please, ladies be careful. Be very responsible with your prince search and your kissing. You don't want to kiss a toad on accident, even if they aren't slimy.
