An architect researches, plans, designs, draws, and administers building projects for clients. On a day to day basis architects design a broad range of buildings, produce conceptual sketches, and preliminary and final design documents.
The required education to be an architect is usually a bachelors or masters degree earned for completion of studies in an accredited degree program for architecture.

The demand for architects fluctuates, it rises and falls depending upon on the volume of construction being preformed at that time. On average an architect can make $68,000 a year, but an architect who is partners in a well-established firm can make up to $125,000 a year.
