What's Going to Happen to the Empire Stores?

Now that Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park has been renovated, what do you suppose is going to happen to the Empire Stores across the street? For years and years, the Empire Stores in DUMBO have remained empty. For them to remain empty now would be a travesty, considering how good the park now looks.
St. Ann's Warehouse would like to move in to them, since the space they're in now is going to become an apartment complex and a school and soon they're going to have to move.
