What's Next? Daniel Radcliffe
Daniel Radcliffe's acting career was just beginning when he landed a role in the film based on J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone . Radcliffe was cast as the main character in the series--nerdy, eleven-year-old boy wizard Harry Potter. Ten years later, his life as Harry is ending, only to open up new acting opportunities.
According to the Huffington Post , Radcliffe is returning to Broadway this spring to star in the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying . A poll conducted by Broadway.com indicates that fans are excited to see Dan back on Broadway as J. Pierrepont Finch. He will also be playing Arthur Kipps--a young lawyer from the 1920s--in The Woman in Black , a film based on the 1983 book written by Susan Hill.
What's Next? Emma Watson
Co-star Emma Watson, on the other hand, is keeping her options open now that Harry Potter is coming to an end. Watson has been playing frizzy-haired, know-it-all girl wizard, Hermione Granger, for the past decade. During part of this time, she also attended Brown University.
"I'm reading a lot of scripts and talking to casting agents and if something comes up in the right time then I [would consider it]. If it was something I really wanted to do, then I wouldn't say no. But at the same time I've been working solidly since I was like ten ... so I'm going to take a bit of break," the actress told the press .
What's Next? Rupert Grint
Red-headed Rupert Grint played Harry's gangly friend, Ron Weasley, in the Potter series. He was Harry's sidekick, always feeling more like a shadow than anything. But lately, Grint has been branching away from "Harry Potter" and moving toward new roles. He starred in the film Cherry Bomb , then was seen again in Wild Target . Currently, Grint has a new movie coming up-- Eddie the Eagle .
