What's Your Page View History

Jenny Heart
Writers want their articles to receive as many views as possible. Then their page view history will give them incentive to keep writing day after day. Low views mean less money for serious freelance writers. There are articles, poems, slideshows, and audios that freelance writers write for pure enjoyment. Many writers have made writing their full time job. They need their income from the sites they write for to leave them with a promising future.

My experience with Ehow always puts a smile on my face when it comes to the page view history of my articles I have posted there. The history of my views from Triond are not as high. I added the keywords they suggested, and even added more. I do have a few that rank higher, but overall the views are not as high as on other sites.

The history of the page views on Associated Content is very good. Some of the articles numbers reached 1,000 page views over night. The same article on Triond only gave me maybe 35, more or less. The history of my views on Bukisa is lower than Triond most of the time.

In my opinion the keyword suggestions are great choice options, so why the low views. There are a few writing sites that have given me views in the hundreds, but still low in views overall. Other sites gave me more than just hundreds. Does anyone know the answer to the history of my page view problems?

I want to figure this page view problem out, so I can fix the history of my page views forever. The articles I place on Associated Content give me the most views. Why does my article here on Triond and the one on Bukisa produce such low views? Got the answer! I would appreciate all of you, and if you can help me understand this I thank you in advance

I value all of your opinions. I've been watching contributor's page views rise higher and higher. I'm open to any suggestions. Associated Content is the one site where my page views are higher. I'm not doing anything different, so why aren't my page views similar?

I write on ehow, Triond, Bukisa, Xomba, and Infobarrel. When belonging to all these sites one can't help but learn many things. Sit a spell and learn something new. I might just be writing about you.  View profile

I am still trying to learn the ins and outs on SEO techniques. Note: My publication notices are still not going out for most of my articles. I want to thank those of you who are taking the time to search out my article, reading them and leaving comments. i appreciate the extra time this is taking you. Hopefully, someday soon this glitch will be fixed.

Jenny, the page view issue is also a mystery to me. I run all my articles through the Textalyser website to get an idea of the key word density and try to get between 2 and 5% of the words I identify as keywords.

SEO is killing me! I still haven't figured out how to choose decent keywords and there is not a lot of information out there on actually doing it.

I think Associated Content is ranked higher in the search engines. AC has more traffic to it. You are most likely better off writing more articles here than on the other sites due to the traffic. I added you as a favorite! You are such a sweet person :)

Hi. Well i think SEO and choosing effective keywords helps people online find your article. Just a guess because I am still trying to figure it out. One of my articles has hit 35,000 and is still going strong. And it's about a subject I felt would be dead in the water. Good luck. I enjoy your articles as much as ever so my few pvs are headed your way!

I think my problem is SEOs and that seems to be a common problem for all writers.
