When I Do Consider Upon You

Allen Teal
Oft, when I do consider upon you ,
The beauty of your inner soul and face,
My heart beating within is prone to race.
All my thoughts and deeds my control eschew.
Your presence becomes all fulness of joy.
Such feeling is hardly to be expressed
Without a touch or my lips being pressed.
The tender embrace together not coy.
Shall we run with abandon and no fear;
Or take a road that leads ahead much slower
To our destiny, our passions lower?
Our yearnings together seem now so clear.
From here, you are my one my only move,
To you, I show my heart great love to prove.
