When the Emperor Doesn't Know He is Nude
The Republican Congressman Who is Worried About Michael Jackson's Legacy Probably Doesn't Know What is Circulating on the Internet
My wife worriedly asked, "What happened? Why should you laugh like that?" Here is that "Why":
A Republican Congressman, a Senate-aspirant was on a You Tube video, launching a vituperative attack on Michael Jackson.
He was very concerned that the nation is paying respect to a pedophile!
But what this people's representative didn't know:
A document is being circulated on some content management websites on the internet. Surprisingly, it is a multi-page document with a big list of names.
And to whom those names belong to?
REPUBLICANS WHO HAVE BEEN ALLEGED OF OR CHARGED OR INDICTED FOR PEDOPHILIA OR OTHER SEXUAL OFFENSES.
Yeah, it is visible to all the inhabitants of this planet who have internet access.
It is not simple gossip. It is a carefully compiled, unusually long database with descriptions about the original allegation or charge against each person, whether the guy was prosecuted and so on.
Though I am not for cover-ups, as an American I felt some uneasiness in seeing so many American names exposed to the attention of the world, that too for sexual offenses including pedophilia.
As an apolitical person, I would have felt the same if those names belonged to Democrats too.
As a Christian, I am surprised the way the Republicans act as protectors of Christianity and then get entangled in such improper or perverse acts; then have the shamelessness in blindly pointing fingers at others!
Such shows of false piety and hypocrisy itself is an abomination to Christianity.
Will pointing fingers at Michael Jackson be enough to cover up the too numerous of names exposed in that internet document?
May be Clinton's genitals have lost their efficacy in covering up Republican hypocrisy, so Republicans need new "sinful organs" of somebody to hang onto to portray themselves as "God-fearing" nice guys.
If anybody wants to engage in mudslinging, he has the freedom to do that. But he should not say he is doing it for the sake of Christianity. Better to clean one's own dirty stables first.
It is high time we allowed our dead to depart in peace. No need to throw mud or tar as if the rest of us living are paragons of all virtues!

Post a CommentThe link is too damaging that I don't want everybody to see it. Those readers who want it, please send a message through AC messaging system. As for my political views, I was political before. But now I believe that is very divisive. Both parties have their faults. But for a seasoned politician to attack a dead musician like that was very unbecoming. A man who took oath under the constitution has to abide by the courts decision, I believe. Any way Snidely, thanks for reading my article. Regards.
First off, where's the link? Did I miss it somewhere? My second issue is you claim you are a political, but you seem quite pleased to reveal REPUBLICAN names. I am not trying to pick a fight Sir, but what about the other guys? Are you saying, as the article alludes, that this is only a problem because Republicans profess to have morals? I wrote an article yesterday about this very topic of moral relativism, and specifically addressed this concept of it's only bad if Republicans do it. If you are a political, why take a decidedly political viewpoint? That does not sound a political to me Sir.
I visited that website again after writing this article. That document is still there at this time. There are 79 names listed there specifically for sex offenses. That shows no one group is better in this department.
