Trust? Are you kidding me? How can you trust him when all the signs are there of an unfaithful man? You just haven't caught him in the act yet. So the question is what will you do when you catch him? Will you curse him? Holler and scream? Snatch the other woman by the hair and drag her across the room? Will you take on the role of Lorena Bobbit? Hopefully, none of these horrible things. For those of you who have never been in that situation before, you probably don't know what you'll do? So why wait to find out?
Your man has been giving you all the signs of a cheater. In fact, he has cheated and will continue cheating as long as he has breath in that no-good body of his. I believe the saying, you don't know what you got until it's gone, is true. But to a cheater-it's not. Let's face it, he doesn't respect you or what you two share or could share and build together, and he'll never be satisfied. He'll continue looking for something that was already there. Well, newsflash! There are many ways to handle a cheater.
First, and foremost, make sure your finances and household are well in order. A well-to-do woman won't have too much time for a broke man. Just make sure you are that well-to-do woman. However, an under-privileged woman will have time for that $1 burger, but where's the competition? Don't sweat it, when you're eating steak.
Second, always look the part. Command double takes when you walk into the room. Let's be honest, when we get a certain age it's hard to lose those extra 10 pounds, firm the rear, flatten the belly, slim the underarms, etc. If the gym is miles a way, there are plenty of exercises you can do at home, such as, jumping jack, sit-ups, and pushups just to name a few. Oh, and perfume doesn't cost too much anymore so always smell good.
Third, did you know the spa can make you look ten or fifteen years younger? Make an appointment, and start going regularly. Once or twice a month is perfect to start out with.
Fourth, don't be s sloppy housekeeper. Keep the house in order and fresh. No, it's not just for him because you have to live there as well. Put those dishes and clothes away and buy some roses for the table.
Fifth, stay educated by going to the library once or twice a week. Spend two hours reading a history, biology or art book. Anything that increases brain power and exercises the brain, try it you may just like it.
Sixth, work on that overdue hobby. Be creative. A creative woman is a busy woman. But don't stay too busy, you still have to make time for your relationship.
Seventh, stop snooping. Everything you'll need to know will come face value in due time. His routine will change, his work schedule will change. Some men will even begin to develop frequent headaches and different eating and sleep patterns. Don't worry you'll notice the signs. Just don't consider every single change a sign of cheating. Trust your instinct and know your partner. If he gets off work at 4:00 and doesn't come home until 8:00 he may not always be with the guys.
Eighth, you can divorce, separate or break-up. Only you will know when that time is right. It will hurt like crazy at first, but the hurt will pass. If your heart or intuition is telling you to leave, you should listen to it. Or simply ask yourself this question: If it were my daughter or younger sister what advice would I give them?
Ninth, if you're not married there's no need to have a blind eye or deaf ear to other interested men. You may be missing out on your real blessing. Hey, he just might be in the library.
Lastly, never lose your cool. Not only does losing your cool give the appearance of someone who needs medication, but it also ruins your make-up and eyeliner. I've never seen a woman lose her cool without crying. Therefore, always remain a lady who remains collective, calm and cool. Besides, classy ladies should be seen not heard.
In all honesty, you can't stop a man from cheating, but you can change your actions regarding his cheating.
