When Liberals Attack! Help Kate Walsh Kill Babies, Win a DVD!

Private Practice Actress Offers Prizes for Donating to Planned Parenthood

For actress Kate Walsh, nothing gets her in the Christmas spirit like making sure unborn babies never get a chance at life. Walsh has never been shy about her pro-abortion views, but now the Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice star is dangling autographed DVDs in front of fans who help her fund the killing of babies.

In a Twitter message sent out to her followers on December 17, Walsh said "Tw'eethearts, 'Tis the season. Donate to Planned Parenthood for a chance to win an autographed Private Practice DVD set." She then provided a link to donate. Walsh is a long-time supporter of Planned Parenthood and even serves on their national Board of Advisors.

It isn't enough for Walsh to advocate for her pro-choice views, which she is entitled to do; she seems committed to silencing the efforts of pro-lifers and abstinence advocates. In 2008, she hosted a Congressional forum on abortion for Planned Parenthood (and offered free food to attendees, a violation of federal law) during which she called for an end to funding for abstinence education.

She argued against abstinence education by stating "Abstinence is one - abstinence is one aspect of sex education, but it is not the complete aspect. And to expect, I think, everybody to remain abstinent is just - it's like asking them not to grow. It's like we don't ask people to not try out for sports." In Walsh's mind, it makes more sense to kill an unborn child after it has been conceived than to encourage a child not to have sex to begin with. She ignores studies that show abstinence education helps teenagers avoid sex while they are young.

Instead of embracing a well-rounded sex education approach that includes abstinence as well as other options, Walsh only wants things her way. Perhaps a less cavalier approach to abortion, including not offering gifts in exchange for abortion funding, might be a more mature idea for Walsh to consider.

These hollywood types are shut off from the rest of the world and think their opinion is the only one that matters. "Phyllis" has my whole-hearted support!

Maybe Miss Walsh should talk to some women who have had abortions, she will find that most regret it very much. My abortion ruined my life. It was 36 years ago, and I still wish I had given my daughter a chance to live by putting her up for adoption. Then I wouldn't have to live with the GUILT of having killed my first child. Women who have had abortions ALL go thru a period of SELF-DESTRUCTION, where they will either start drinking and drugging or have many affairs/one night stands or both! I've been there and I know. You won't realize it for a while, because of the denial and the fact that the abortion INDUSTRY doesn't want you to know the truth about abortion. But when you finally want to go thru the pain of acknowledging that you killed your own baby, you will seek healing from the abortion. Ask God for His forgiveness, thru His Son, Jesus. That's what saved me from total destruction.
