We all have those moments in life
When all you want is to give up
You no longer want to try
Or face another day
You feel as though you have nothing left to give
Nor the strength to go on
Like the very life has been drained from you
I've been there my share of times
I understand when life just hurts
I've been knocked down over and over
But each time I've gotten back up again
So no matter how bad it is right now
Or how much you are hurting
Don't give up
I can't promise you it will get better today
But I know from experience
That it will get better
And in the mean time
If you need a shoulder to cry on
Or just a listening ear
I'll do all I can to help you
We'll make it through this together
When all you want is to give up
You no longer want to try
Or face another day
You feel as though you have nothing left to give
Nor the strength to go on
Like the very life has been drained from you
I've been there my share of times
I understand when life just hurts
I've been knocked down over and over
But each time I've gotten back up again
So no matter how bad it is right now
Or how much you are hurting
Don't give up
I can't promise you it will get better today
But I know from experience
That it will get better
And in the mean time
If you need a shoulder to cry on
Or just a listening ear
I'll do all I can to help you
We'll make it through this together
