When I Met Taylor Swift

Talk about a rush from the anticipation of meeting the girl who wrote and produced the song on my ring tone. I could not be happier. The feeling was mutual for the 18 year old triple threat (songwriter, guitar player, singer). Taylor says visiting with fans to hear their feedback is her favorite part about being on tour. Her fans are the reason she has become a household name with Reba McEntire and Martina McBride. Anyway, this was especially important to me as I had missed the meet and greets at the 2 previous Taylor concerts I attended. The first thing you notice about her is how happy and innocent she is. Then you notice how tall she is. Taylor was so nice to sign her CD book for my friend and pose for photos. We talked about how cool Faith Hill is. I gave her a bracelet because I wanted to give her something since she was giving me something. I played my Teardrops ring tone for her on my phone because that is my favorite song by any artist. It is a memory I will have a year from now when Taylor's 2nd album goes platinum. I'll even have it 10 and 20 years from now. But I'm sure we'll meet again and I'll have more stories to share with other Taylor Swift fans that make up her unofficial fan club. After it was over I printed out a picture of the 2 of us and signed it then sent it to her mother to give to her.
