When is Rape Considered to Be Rape and NOT Consensual Sex?

Phillip W. Chambley
A young woman over the internet claims she was raped the next morning after having sex the night before? Apparently, the next morning the young man sexually forced himself on her and because he was so big and strong, she claims there was nothing she could do? Even after she continuously said "NO" over and over again?

"NO means NO!" at anytime! Male or Female. An attorney may ask you some questions like: "Were you injured in anyway? Did you hit or strike your offender? Did you physically fight back? How many times did you honestly say NO? Were you crying? Had you been drinking or taking drugs the night before? What were you wearing at the time of the alleged crime? Did you sexually entice your offender in anyway the next morning?

If you were injured this would be considered assault to cause bodily harm in a court of law. Forget about the sex the night before and focus on the crime itself and have this person arrested. Unfortunately, because you had consensual sex the night before, it would be very hard to prove in front of a judge and jury of this crime called rape, especially if you were NOT injured and the fact that this person has an incredible attorney?

I can honestly understand the embarrassment, pain and how this makes any female and or even a male feel emotionally. However, there is sometimes a fine thin line between rape and consensual sex? This problem seems to continue everyday regarding date-rape, especially here in the U.S.A. among young men and women, and especially among college male and female students.

The bottom line is? If you have sex the night before and have possibly been drinking or taking drugs, the guy or girl will most likely still be in the mood the next morning! No matter what it takes! and could cause possible physical harm to your body. Alcohol has a strange and biological effect on human sexual behavior, especially men and sometimes women?

Had this guy been drinking the night before as stated in her claim? Ironically, and biologically a "Hangover or alcohol withdrawal can have the same effect as "Viagra!" for younger men. Simply because the heart is pumping more blood into the body because of lack of oxygen into the blood-stream, thus in return, causing a gigantic male erection that he may be willing to "Kill For!" or hurt some female to relieve the pain and headache the next morning, still in a "Drunken state of mind!"

Even tho, this guy may be a "really nice guy" The effects of alcohol may just now be wearing off the next morning and "cloud his judgment regarding decent human behavior", depending on how much alcohol he consumed the night before and "still be drunk", especially with young men that are still growing in life. Young women need to be aware of this problem with teenage men and above from the ages of 15-28 years of age, which seems to eventually slow down in life for males, but ironically speeds up for females.

In other words, if you are young and plan on drinking a tremendous amount of alcohol with a partner, Male or Female, and could possibly have sex during this event? Beware of the consequences of the next morning! Please remember? This effect also affects females just as much men, in their younger years. "Females can also experience the same effect and place them in the same dangerous sexual mood the next morning!"

Young girls or females should be aware of how they dress at all times, especially during a date? If they show their cleavage and wearing a short dress up to their thighs, the young man might just get the wrong idea about this particular date regarding going to a college party were there is continuous drinking and possible drugs and could quiet possibly place them in the mood for sex sometime during the night, however," there could be some dangerous consequences the next morning!" Which these young females may not be in the mood for!"
