When Tight Clothes Get Too Tight

Nowadays, trends in fashion and style move towards the more fitting clothes that fall into the body's curves tend to reveal the body shape. A fitting and body hugging shirt fits perfectly with a pair of tight fitting dark jeans. And true enough, you can see this style omnipresent everyday.

Gone are the baggy type jeans that tend to sweep the floor. Boot cut jeans are also starting to become things of the past. Now, many ladies find it sexy to sport that tight fitting and low cut dark jeans, which according to many fashion gurus convey a slimmer figure. A lot of celebrities and fashion icons wear this style and because of this, so many women all over the world have rushed to their favorite mall and bought a pair or two of these trendy clothes. For those who want to shrink a size smaller, this style is what you need. And tight fitting garments and undergarments become more pervasive once summer sets in and a lot of people want to show more flesh and curves.

And yet there are those who feel this style may look too uncomfortable, especially if you feel that the jeans become too tight they look as if they are blocking blood from circulating to your torso down to your ankles. While this idea can be an exaggeration of reality, there is a pinch of truth to it. Yes, looking trendy and fashionable comes with a price. You should know when to draw that line between a fitted and too tight jeans or clothes. And most of the times, beyond that line is a negative toll on your health.

Have you ever felt a numbing or prickling sensation right under your hip bone you're your legs whenever you wear those tight fitting jeans? Your body could have developed paresthesia or paraesthesia caused by compressing the nerves at your back. To prevent this from happening, don't try to squeeze into a size two pants when you know for a fact that you are a six or an eight!

Women who wear very tight clothes, pants and undergarments also are susceptible to yeast infection. Yeast thrives in that very tight and warm temperature that a tight fitting outfit creates because of the sweat, moist and lack of air circulation. Yeast infection is very itchy, irritating and even painful.

Today's "tight fitting trends" are not only applicable to women. Men who prefer to wear tight fitting clothes are also exposed to health risks as well. So while being trendy and fashionable can make heads turn, make sure that you do not go too far and risk more important things like your health and well being.
