When Will the End Come?

When will the end come? What will it be like? What about a one world government and a one world religion? Will the the rapture occur and the church be taken out before it all goes down? Or, are we getting so bogged down trying to answer these questions that we're missing the main point of the Scriptures that have been and are still being used in trying to answer these questions?

The Book of Daniel and the Book of The Revelation are oft discussed and argued about. We, as a people, are so busy looking at a future event that we are missing the here and now. A clue, in my mind, that this is a distraction to keep us from the point that Yahweh is wanting us to get, is that these scenarios are played out, discussed, and portrayed by Hollywood. Movies have been exploring this topic for many years, but apocalyptic, supernatural, and spiritual based movies seem to be at an all time high. Why? I believe it is a trick of the enemy of our souls to distract us from the Truth.

In John Chapter 8 Jesus/Yahshua said, "You shall know the Truth and the Truth will set you free." The Truth is juxtaposed to the lie. The lie is designed to keep us in bondage, in fear, and reactionary. The Truth of Yahweh is liberating, casting out fear through the realization of love, and causes us to be at peace without a need to react or take matters into our own hands.

We must remember that there is a liar, who is called the father of all liars, by Yahshua. It is vital that we remember that this is his only effective weapon against us. And we must remember what the enemy is wanting to accomplish. When he asked the question in the garden, what was his purpose? What did he accomplish by deceiving Eve? He caused men to lose sight of the purpose for hearing and believing the Truth and placed all of mankind in bondage. Today mankind remains in that bondage because we, as a whole, still listen to that lying voice.

The enemy's plan is to keep us distracted by our own affections. Innate to the bondage we are in is the fear of loss of life, security, and our own idea of what we want our lives to be. In reality the Truth challenges what we perceive our lives to be. Are we who we believe we are? Or has the lie caused us to believe we are something that we are not. Are we in reality just pretending? The Truth will cause us to be real with ourselves. The lie will place all the emphasis anywhere else but on internal, personal responsibility and self-examination in light of the Truth.

So how does the lie of the enemy play into our view of the end times? Quite simply it has us looking externally at others and future events that we understand far less than we think we do. It's kind of like trying to figure out how many angels fit on the head of a pin. Does it really matter? Consider this. What does it matter to me when a one world government is instituted, and whether a mandate to devote myself to a one world religion is implemented? The reality is that this one world government and one world religion is already in place and has been since creation. But the liar keeps us distracted to this reality.

The one world government is the realm of the ruler of this age, the prince and the power of the air, who is Satan. The word "Satan" means "adversary." He is the adversary of Yahweh and Yahweh's creation. Yahweh created man to be in a personal relationship with HIM, based on HIS Truth. Satan severed that relationship in the garden with the lie. Rejecting the Truth and believing the lie keeps us from the purpose of our creation; that we might worship our Creator and bless HIM and HE blesses us. It is this love relationship that the enemy wants to keep us from. This real love is proven in that we hear HIS Voice and obey HIM. This results in the blessing of provision and protection that HE alone provides.

Paul says, in 2^nd Corinthians Chapter 6, that our affections restrain us. Our affections hold us back from a blessed relationship with our Creator and with one another. Our affections are our selfish nature because in our carnal nature we are selfish beings. Selfish motivation causes us to react to external influences because we want to maintain what we think we have. We believe that if we lose what we have then we will be less than who we think we are. Our little self ordered world will collapse and we will have nothing. Our carnal affections are for the things of this world. It is rooted in money and things. The adversary wants us to believe that our security lies in these things. If he can keep us consumed with a one world government that will take away all these things then we will miss the Truth. Scripture tells us that we must walk by faith and not by sight. The enemy keeps us sight oriented instead of faith oriented. He does it by setting the trap with the lure that is designed to appeal to our affections.

The core message of the The Scriptures is repentance. The call to come out of this world is throughout the history of creation. It is not just a future thing we need to be looking for so that we don't succumb to it. It is now! It has been from the garden! The one world government and one world religion is and has always been with us. Are we submitting to it, or are we submitting to the one that Isaiah tells us that the government rests on HIS shoulders? We are born under the thumb of this one world government and one world religion. We have been provided a way to come out of it. And once we hear that call and become a new creation in Messiah Yahshua we must continue to hear HIS Voice saying come out of her "MY people." Listen to what HE said. HE said "MY people." HE is not talking about those who are not HIS people. HE is talking to you and me, if we are indeed HIS people. This tells me that we are still in the realm of the liar, listening to him and allowing the distraction to keep us from the Truth.

The Truth tells us that it is appointed to man "once to die, and then the judgment." Is judgment relegated to some future event only, or is it in reality right here, right now for me and you? We don't know when our last breath will leave us. We must examine ourselves today, this minute, this hour. When we read Daniel and Revelation we can allow the distraction to cause us to major on trying to figure out the timing of HIS return and the timing of the rise of the anti-Christ and who this anti-Christ is that we miss the core message. The reality is that the spirit of anti-Christ is here and now just as it has been since the garden. Instead of looking for some man to rise as the anti-Christ, we need to examine ourselves to see if we are influenced by the spirit of anti-Christ right now! The spirit of anti-Christ keeps us from hearing the Spirit of Christ who calls us to repent to the Truth of HIS Torah. The Spirit of Yahshua is and has been calling HIS people to come out of the realm of the anti-Christ, built upon his lies, since we were created. There are two kingdoms, two voices, two trees, two rulers, one choice; who will you hear? Your life depends on making the right choice. Judgment begins in the house of Yahweh, right now!
