When I Will Go to the Heaven Before You

SAIKAT KUMAR DUTTA
When I will go onto a mountain,
and, there is a presence of a little rain,
then I must search for your feather-soft hands,
like a desert which always pray for sands.

When I will go to the sea beach,
And there is no chance of any tension to reach,
Then I must expect to see you collecting animal shells,
Ignoring to read all of my official e-mails.

When I will sit inside a stadium of a playground,
And there will be many viewers all around,
Then I must want to see you eating potato chips,
One by one, putting inside mouth through your rose petal lips.

When I will go to the heaven before you,
And there will be my God, and several flowers to view,
Then I must pray before that God,
To keep you always happy and never to make you odd.

I just love your work!!!!! Your poetry is so new, real, refreshing.....like I'm walking in the sand and I'm thirsty and then I get an awesome cup of COLD water! Your poems just inspire me more and more to be thankful for all things, everything big and small. I hope you know how much I love your work, and please continue writing. It helps me get through tough days!
