Where to Buy Discount Designer Jeans Online

Get Great Designer Jeans for Less

Cassie Schmelz
Designer jeans can be a great investment piece for your wardrobe as a great pair of jeans can go a long way. However, designer jeans can range anywhere from 100 dollars to over 300 dollars, a price tag most people can't afford. Luckily, there are several places to buy discount designer jeans online and you can enjoy fabulous designer denim at a feasible price. Since each brand of designer jeans is going to fit differently, you'll want to make a trip to the department store to try some on. I just go in and pretend I'm going to buy them. I try a bunch of pairs on and then write down the brands, styles, and sizes that I like. After you have an idea of what jeans you want, it's time to hit the Internet.

Discount Designer Jeans Website #1: Bluefly.com

This site has almost every brand of designer jean you can think of at pretty good discounts. You can shop by brand, size, color, and cut. They run different specials throughout the year, which you can be notified of by signing up for their newsletter. I bought a pair of Hudson Jeans from Bluefly that normally retail for $180.00 for $80.00 during one of their jean specials.

Discount Designer Jeans Website #2: Overstock.com

Although I don't think they have quite the selection as Bluefly, Overstock has a ton of designer jeans for under $100.00. You can also usually get free shipping (or really cheap shipping) here. Another plus is that you can read reviews on specific pairs of designer jeans from people who already bought them. They carry Paper Denim and Cloth, Diesel, and Earnest Sewn, but not super trendy brands like 7 for All Mankind and Joe's Jeans. I have bought jeans from Overstock as well and have been satisfied.

Discount Designer Jeans Website #3: Xscollection.com

This is a site that I recently found as it just launched in summer of 2008. They have 7 for All Mankind Jeans which can retail around $200.00, Rock and Republic Jeans which retail at over $200.00, and Citizens of Humanity Jeans which retail around $200.00, all for under $70.00! They have several other designers as well. While they don't have a huge selection of sizes in each brand and cut, you can enter your size and see every jean they have available in it. I look forward to ordering from Xscollection in the future and saving some major money.

So, if you're interested in owning a pair of designer jeans, but don't think you can afford them, you might be wrong. Get to the department store to try some on, then hit the Internet to score a discount pair. If one of the three sites mentioned in this article don't have what you're looking for, you can just search for "discount (fill in the blank of the brand you want)" and see what comes up. The result will be a pair of discount designer jeans that will have you looking like you spent a fortune.
