Where Did it Go?
As the days seem to ponder
I often tend to wonder is this where I belong
Once I felt happiness and joy
Today I feel sadness and fear

Where did the laughter go?
Did I lose it somewhere?
If I did I must find it
Is it buried or did it disappear?
They say laughter is the best medicine,
so if I can't find it does it mean
that I will never be well again
Tomorrow I don't know,
maybe it will be what I once felt
or will it be my feelings of today
But, for now I will keep searching
in hopes that I find the cure to help
me live like I once did, and get back
all that I once had...
