Where to Find Affordable Sexy Bras for Augmented Breasts

You finally have breasts of your dreams, you've gone through surgery and weeks of recovery. Then finally you hear those little magic words from your plastic surgeon "You can wear any bra that is comfortable now."

At this point I cheered, jumped off the exam table, threw on my clothes, grabbed my husband and child out of the waiting room, and we headed out to shop. I was so excited, now I could wear all those cute sexy bras that used to sit on the store racks mocking me and my small breasts.

I dragged my poor husband through several stores and the whole mall on this wonderful quest. After three different bra fittings, trying on several different styles the conclusion was always the same. Either the store did not sell bras in a large enough size, only had bras to minimize or only had big full cover bras with huge straps - think "grandma bras" here.

I waited until I was done having children, I waited until we were secure enough to spend extra money on "just breasts," I then spent almost $5,000 on breast implants to have larger breasts. I sure did not want a bra that made them look smaller, or that looked like I had sneaked it out of grandma's underwear drawer to play dress up in. I wanted something hot and sexy.

I was near tears when we arrived to what I considered the last store of the day. At this point we just asked the lady working there if they had my new size. She said yes and started helping me pick out the right size. My excitement level went down as I started noticing the price tags $40 - $80 for each bra. After trying on several but not being able to bring myself to pay that much for one bra I went home sad and bra free.

Since I know knew my correct size I started looking around the Internet. I found a few websites specializing in bras for augmented breasts. But again the prices scared me off, it was still so early my breasts could change size as they relaxed or the style might be uncomfortable after a few hours. I still could not bring myself to pay so much for a bra.

Then I remembered eBay.com, oh so wonderful eBay.com. They had a lot of auctions selling the sizes I could wear and since it was auctions I could pick my own price. The next day I won my first bra, a brand new Chantelle for $20 shipped. Chantelle is a brand that comes in large sizes designed for augmented breasts, that retails for roughly $70 in stores and on the Internet. On eBay.com I can find all the big name brands, made especially for breasts with implants for less then half the retail prices. There are also a few sellers with no name brands that come to about $10 shipped. Not the best quality but cute and sexy for adult time dress up.

About a week later my husband came home with news he heard from his boss. Lovely, everyone my new breasts on their minds. Ok so my husband did miss a week of work to stay home and take care of me after surgery.

Seems Macy's was advertising on the radio that they where having a buy two get one free sale on bras for the weekend. So Saturday morning bright and early we headed out. Overall I was disappointed with the sale, none of the cute sexy bras where included. But I did discover their clearance rack. There where a lot of bras on clearance for less than $20 and even a few in my size.

I've found people do not like to talk about this part of breast implant surgery, it is like a little hidden secret. You read stories about peoples breast implant surgery, do a lot of research, look at before and after pictures all to make sure you are making a good informed decision. But you do not read about how hard it is to find bras. Even my plastic surgeons nurse gave me one of those sly little smiles when I mentioned the trouble I was having finding a bra. Now the frugal part of me can find cute sexy bras that fit for affordable prices.
