EBay
EBay is a great site for finding and buying most anything. The great advantage to EBay is that you can decide how much you want to spend on a particular item. It also is advantageous because you can bid on items that are for sale all over the world. Hundreds of clocks are sold each and every day on EBay so I highly recommend searching EBay to find that perfect antique wall clock. By quickly browsing the site I found that prices are currently ranging from about $10 all the way up to $500 for all types and kinds of antique wall clocks. This is beneficial to all buyers because anyone searching should be able to find a piece they like that is in their price range.
Horton's Antique Clocks
This site is a fantastic place to get antique clocks, however you have to shop at the right time. Horton's has two silent internet auctions a year (in January and June) and they sell anywhere from 500 to 600 clocks during each auction. If you've never participated in a silent auction before, you have nothing to worry about. Horton's explains exactly how the auction works and what you have to do to place a bid on a piece you like.
If there's a specific item you are looking for, visit the Item Index link. This will give you a complete list of each product currently for sale. This way you can find just what you're looking for. This site is also great because again, you control the pricing. Bid freely on clocks, but if the price gets too steep, you can always back down and try for another piece. If you wish to see how much a particular piece sold for, you can visit the Sold List link. Clocks on this site are a bit more expensive than others (prices range from about $1000 to about $9000, but you are definitely getting a beautiful clock for your money.
Horton's has a fantastic selection so if you are looking for a special piece to finish off your room, this might be just the place for you.
