Where to Find the Best French Fries in Las Vegas
Neighborhood: The Strip
Las Vegas, NV 89119
United States of America
After much enjoyable and tasty research, I believe I have compiled the ultimate list of the best french fries in Las Vegas. Whether looking for an upscale companion to your expensive steak or trying to satisfy a late-night craving, these fries will surely impress:

Stripburger. The Atomic Cheese Fries at Stripburger are hands-down some of the best in town. Delicious, fresh fries smothered in cheese sauce, hot sauce, and green chilies. Portions are large enough to share and at under $4 they won't put much of a dent in your wallet. These fries are great all by themselves, but also pair wonderfully with the specialty burgers and thick milkshakes at this establishment on Vegas' infamous Strip. www.stripburger.com

Company American Bistro. This new restaurant in the Luxor has fries that should not be missed. The Baltimore Fries are absolutely bursting with exquisite flavor. With the perfect mix of just the right amount of toppings and crispiness, they are an excellent compliment to one of Company's steaks. www.luxor.com/dining/dining_company.aspx

Vox Wine Lounge. Wine lounge and french fries and not usually terms used in the same sentence. At Vox Wine Lounge, though, they serve up sophisticated and delicious fries for even the most discerning of appetites. The Kennebec Matchstick Fries are incredibly delectable. Thin, crispy fries seasoned to perfection and served with smoked ketchup and an unbelievably fabulous curry yogurt. Try them with one of the white wines from Vox's extensive wine list. www.voxwinelounge.com

Burger Bar. Don't let the extensive design-your-own burger list here fool you - the best thing on the menu is the Buffalo Fries. One side order is enough to share and no dipping sauces are needed. These exceptionally well-seasoned fries are tasty all on their own - don't even think of spoiling them with ketchup. Pair these stand-out fries with a buffalo burger and a pint from their lengthy beer list. www.mandalaybay.com/dining/burgerbar.aspx

Fatburger. A local chain with most locations open 24 hours, Fatburger has fries that will surely satisfy any craving. While there are several fry options offered here, opt for the Chili Cheese Skinny Fries. Be prepared to chow down on these delicious fries with the help of a fork. Perfectly messy, these fries are topped with a fantastically flavorful chili that is an amazing compliment to the fries. www.fatburger.com

In-N-Out Burger. A famous Western institution, the best fries here are from the "secret menu". The publicized In-N-Out menu is brief, but as most patrons know, there are more options here than meets the eye. The Animal Style Fries are an interesting and delectable change to your standard fast food fries. Smothered with secret sauce, cheese, and grilled onions, they are one of the best sides you could ever have with a burger. www.in-n-out.com

Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant. At this well-known brewery, it is as if the fries were explicitly invented to pair with the fine beers. The Gordon Biersch Garlic Fries have just the right amount of garlic and seasonings - flavorful, but not overwhelming. Whether as a stand-alone appetizer or as a side dish to one of the seemingly endless menu options, these fries are fabulous. And don't forget to chase them with pint of well-crafted beer. www.gordonbiersch.com

Wing Stop. It's rare to find fries that can stand up to the kick of hot wings. At Wing Stop, though, their fries are as delicious as their various wings. The Fresh Cut Seasoned Fries are perfectly seasoned and particularly fabulous when dipped in the Hot Cheese Sauce. With various locations in the area, these fries are always convenient to enjoy. www.wingstop.com

Whether a Vegas resident or just visiting, be sure to check out the fries at one of these establishments. You won't be disappointed.
