Their search feature lets you pick all of Japan or a particular city, experience, the level at which you speak Japanese and English and the industry. You can also search by clicking on the industry from the main page and browse through the jobs.
Nation Job is a regular jobs site with a bilingual jobs section. They do have a feature that allows you to be notified by e mail when a job is posted that you would be interested in. The site is easy to use. Just click on the title and you get a complete description. Right now they have jobs for teachers, physical therapists, occupational therapists and even a court administrator.
