Where to Find Blue Christmas Holiday Dinnerware Sets

Blue is becoming a popular holiday decor color alternative to the Christmas reds and greens we've become so accustomed to. Home decorators can find blue Christmas Holiday trees, blue lights, blue glass ornaments, and even blue Christmas dinnerware sets.

Most blue Christmas Holiday dinnerware sets seem to center around a snow theme, with snowmen and snow flakes being the central motif. If you are interested in a blue Christmas dinnerware set for your family Holiday dinner, these retailers have just what you are looking for.

Oneida produces a fantastic line of affordable Christmas and Holiday pieces including the whimsical "Snowman Dreaming". These earthenware pieces are sold individually and include dinner plates, salt plates, cereal/soup bowls, and mug priced between $4.99-$7.99. There's even a matching Oneida Snowman Dreaming cookie jar that would be fun to have.

Pflatzgraff is the maker of "Evergreen Ernie," a cheerful line of casual dinnerware with a friendly snowman against a snow background. "EverGreen Ernie" comes as a 24 piece set which includes 8 dinner plates, 8 salad plates, and 8 mugs, priced at $89.99.

Noble Excellence "Building a Snowman" is a subtle Holiday dinnerware set with cheery snowmen set against a scattering of snowflakes. Available at Dillard's, the "Building a Snowman" porcelain dinnerware is sold in sets of 6 salad plates, 6 mugs, or 6 soups priced at $40 for the set. Individual plates are sold for $10. Also available as a separate item is the serving platter for $20 and the vegetable bowl for $30.

Lenox carries a beautiful line of holiday dinnerware that can be used both for Christmas dinner or anytime other time during the winter months. The pattern is "Winter Greetings" and has birds, ribbons, and blue leaves. Winter Greetings is sold in a 5 piece place setting for $89.95 which includes the cost of shipping if ordered through dinnerplates.com

The Sakura company is known for their affordable holiday lines, many of which are no longer in production but ~ thankfully ~ available through Replacements.com. The wildly popular Debbie Mumm "Snowmen" pattern has a light blue rim decorated with checkered red & white band and lots of festive snowmen. The 5 piece place setting is priced at $46.99 with individual serving pieces ranging from $7.99 to $99.00. "Starlight" by Sakura is another line worth searching for on eBay or Replacements.com. This stunning set has a cobalt blue rim against a white background with dazzling gold stars and spirals. Pieces in this collection are rather limited but do include dinner and salad plates, soups, cup & saucer sets, and a few serving pieces.

From Villeroy & Boch is "Naif Christmas," one of the company's most popular patterns. This dinnerware set features children skating on a pond in the middle of a charming country village. Pieces are sold individually and are currently on sale from $12-$18.

For a mix and match alternative, Fiesta in the solid color "Peacock" and "White" would also be a fabulous blend of colors for Blue Christmas entertaining. The advantage of purchasing solid color Fiesta is that these pieces can be used after Christmas, by pairing them with yet other colors depending on the holiday being celebrated. Fiesta can be purchased as 16-pc or 20-pc sets or per the piece with prices ranging from $5-$130.

I like that dinnerware like this can continue into winter beyond Christmas. Nice options!
