Speedy Fuel located at 6168 Eastern Avenue on the Corner of Watcher Street has fuel for the low price of $3.99 a gallon. Get it now cause you never know when it is going to shoot back up past $4.00.
Del Amo Petroleum located at 4990 Long Beach Blvd & Del Amo Blvd has fuel for the low price of $3.99 a gallon as well. As stated before be sure you get over there soon, gas prices can go up at anytime during the day and night.
Arco Gas Station located at 2011 Del Amo Blvd & Cherry Ave has fuel for $4.01 a gallon. I can tell you that all of the Arco's in the vicinity have gas between $3.99 - $4.03 a gallon. Not as good as $3.99 but hey it sure is better than $4.69 isn't it?
United Oil located at 5415 Woodruff Ave & Camerino Street has fuel for $4.03 a gallon. Again not as good as $3.99 or $4.01, but it is a slight cheaper than most gas stations. Get it now while you can.
Thrifty Convenience Store and Gas Station is offering fuel between the prices of $4.03-$4.05 per gallon. All the areas in the Los Angeles and surrounding vicinities are the same price. Just give them a call and ask before going.
Valero stations are also offering lower fuel prices at $4.14 a gallon. Not all now are participating in the cheaper gas rates, but these specific stations are. 1359 W CENTURY BLVD, 1400 W FLORENCE AVE and 2702 FIRESTONE BLVD.
Chevron stations #3701, #5100 and #6642 are all offering fuel prices at a little higher than some, but still a good find at $4.19 a gallon. The stations are located at 3250 FIRESTONE BLVD, 256 E MANCHESTER AVE and 3584 S FIGUEROA ST.
I sure hope this helps. A word advice to those looking for cheap gas prices, stay away from the big gas companies such as Shell, Exxon, Mobil, and some Chevron's. These companies are so big that they can afford not to have customers and to keep their rates excessively high. Just find something else, your local mom and pop stores, convenience store gas stations, ones that offer a few pennies off with a grocery card, etc.
If you do not need to drive, then stay home or take public transportation when you can. It is much easier and a lot cheaper than paying for fuel that just keeps getting higher and higher!

Post a CommentLooking at this is amazing. I currently pay $1.79 for gas but I do remember when it was $3.99. Great article.
Picture says it all
Good reporting. I hope gas prices drop by winter so I can discontinue this self imposed boycott. My butt freezes off in the winter and I hibernate...plus riding on icy roads sucks.
Good to see you write something again.
With gas being so high, appreciate every bit of info out there, including this article. Thanks!
