Where to Find Cheap School Supplies

Never Pay Full Price for School Supplies

Jeanne Marie Kerns
School has began, and so has buying school supplies. Luckily in this day and age, school supplies are sold in almost every retail store in the country. Most retail stores that do sell them, sell them for a very low price beginning a month before school restarts. If you are not sure where you can buy cheap school supply products, well then check out the places below that I have listed for you.

1.) Wal-Mart and Target are by far the cheapest place to find and buy cheap school supplies. Not only do they have an enormous amount of school supplies, you can pick up everything you need for your elementary or high school student for a very cheap amount.

2.) The Dollar Tree stores is also a great place to pick up cheap school supplies. Make sure you look at Wal-Mart or Target first before anything. Even though everything is a dollar at this store, you could probably find paper, pens, pencils, glue and a few others things cheaper elsewhere.

3.) Family Dollar is another great site to find many great, cheap deals on school supplies. Here you can find bargains on things such as back packs, lunch boxes, and even summer clothes for the start of school.

4.) Office Depot, Staples and Office Max are great places to buy cheap school supplies such as paper, notebooks, glue, pens, pencils and folders. Other than those specific school supplies, I recommend you go somewhere else.

5.) Bulk shopping can be cheaper if you buy right. Places like Costco or Sam Club offer great deals on items such as paper, folder, note books, pens and paper. If you plan your list right, you should be able to walk out of there with no problem.

If by any chance you cannot afford to buy school supplies, get with the school your child is attending and explain the situation. Many school will help you by giving you the items that are required when going back to school.

Remember to check the ads in the papers for the local deals on cheap school supplies. The month before school starts and the month after school starts is the best time to stock up for this year and the years to come.
