$3.98 at United Oil 5170 Long Beach Blvd on the corner of Morningside St in Long Beach, California. Their East Los Angeles location at 705 N Eastern Avenue at the intersection of Floral also sells for $3.98 per gallon. Other locations in Van Nuys, Lakewood, Lynwood, and Harbor City also sell for less than $4.10, running from $4.01 to $4.09

$3.99 at Speedy Fuel at 6168 Eastern Ave at the intersection of Eastern and Watcher St in Bell Gardens, California accepts credit card for the same price as cash.

$3.99 at the Arco AMPM located at 4385 Atlantic Ave at the corner of San Antonio Dr. in Long Beach, California. Many other Arco gas stations sell for less than 4 dollars. Paramount, Lakewood, and Sun Valley all have locations for fewer than four dollars.
