Milagros Boutique
Milagros Boutique in NE Portland carries a wide variety of baby items, including cloth diapers, baby carriers, clothing, skin care products, and toys. In addition, they offer breastfeeding support items, such as Medela breast pumps, parts and accessories, as well as nursing bras and pads. Zoom Baby Gear, located in North Portland, specializes exclusively in cloth diapers and accessories. Buying used is another way to find earth-friendly baby gifts All About Kids is a consignment store specializing in used clothing, toys, books, and baby items. Some of the items are still new or nearly-new! All About Kids also stocks brand-new Melissa and Doug toys. They have two stores; one in Portland at 11905 NE Glisan Street, and one in Gresham at 130 N. Main Avenue.
Baby Wit
Baby Wit specializes in clothing for babies and kids. If you're looking for a unique gift of clothing, this is the place. Baby Wit stocks sweatshop-free t-shirts from American Apparel as well as locally made clothing from Light and Gravity (all items are sewn and printed in Portland, Oregon). Baby Wit's clothing is different from the norm; you can buy baby clothing featuring politcal and pop culture icons (like Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert) as well as in fun and funky prints. Classes include baby sign language, art, dance, gymnastics, singing, and games.
