The bible of Maine. Check the free section first, especially on Thursdays when the Uncle Henry's comes out. Uncle Henry's also has an online classifieds. Most folks list books on Uncle Henry's by the box, which often equals pennies per book, if not completely free. Barnes And Noble as well as Mr Paperback often have a discounted book section in the front of the store. While the prices are higher, there is a greater selection of newer books at a substantial discount, sometimes as much as 50% off the cover price. This is a great way to pick up cookbooks, local books, health and wellness books as well as a host of other interests. Check this section regularly.
