Where to Find Great Happy July 4th MySpace Layouts and Graphics

Here's a Happy July 4th to you. July 4th is just around the corner, My family is already trying to work out where the barbecue will be held this summer and which meat market will have the most tender and succulent briskets and ribs. My Aunt is already putting together her signature barbecue seasoning which she says has to sit at least two weeks before the flavors are ready to be sprinkled on the meat. I don't know about the science of it all but since she makes the best barbecue west of the Pecos. Okay, I made the Pecos part up, heck I'm not even sure where the Pecos is. However she does make the best barbecue I've ever had and I've been all over the country doing my research. July 4th is not only the date when the Declaration of Independence was signed but it is also a remembrance of the bombs bursting, blood that was shed and the lives that were lost in defense of America's right to be a free and sovereign nation. Part of the fun of July 4th is letting others see how proud you are, to be an American. One way to do that is through decoration. For those of us who spend time on MySpace, a great way is to change our layouts or backgrounds. As most of you know there bunches and bunches of sites that offer patriotic glitter graphics that you can add to your site to give it that "I love America" vibe. I found only a few who offer really nice layouts.

First things first. If you are new to MySpace then you need to know how to change or add a new layout. Most sites will tell you if they have special guidelines for using their layouts. The important part of the layout is the code.

1. If you haven't already set up your MySpace page. Familiarize yourself with all the bells and whistles.

2. Find the layout on one of the sites listed or another site that you like.

3. Normally there should be a Get Code button or some other way to copy the code.

4. Copy the code and paste it into the About Me section of your MySpace profile. You can then Preview Profile or Save All Changes. It's been my experience that even if you preview your profile, you still have no clue how it is really going to look until you click Save All Changes.

5. Voila! Your profile is changed. If for some reason you want to make modifications to your profile or make coding changes. I recommend Ask Dave Taylor as your first stop. He is a tech industry guru who has answers about a wide variety of tech issues, including MySpace coding questions.

Cool Holiday Graphics

Cool Holiday Graphics has a few Happy July 4^th MySpace layouts, but their true claim to fame is their patriotic glitter graphics and Happy July 4^th comments. In fact almost any site you visit has great Happy July 4^th comments. It is much easier to find the comments than it is to find layouts.

Go To My Codes

Go To My Codes was a little slow downloading on my computer but it was worth it. They had some of the cooler Happy July 4^th MySpace layouts. The layouts boast great graphics and bold use of color. These are really nice.

Hot Profile Plus

These guys have a few pretty nice Happy July 4^th layouts, including a Precious Memories one that is cute as a button. However, for my money it is this sites Patriotic layouts that give you the most bang for your buck. They don't say Happy July 4^th but they feature the flags and eagles and other cool graphics. They would work equally well for 4^th of July or any of the other patriotic holidays. Check them out, they update the layouts regularly

Xoospace

This is another site that offers patriotic layouts that can be modified for any of the military holidays. In addition, they offer a wide array of Armed Forces layouts. So whether you support the Army, Navy, Air Force or Marines, they have a layout for you.

As with all the sites, they offer access to plenty of patriotic graphics and 4^th of July comments.

All 4 MySpace

All 4 MySpace offers a vast array of really great Holiday layouts. These include a number of really well done Happy July 4^th and Patriotic layouts. Their use of color and graphic placement is very dramatic. A really great site to get your Happy July 4^th MySpace layouts or any other layout you might be interested in.

Glitter Graphics

Get you patriotic bling-bling on. Glitter Graphics is your one stop shop to make it shine. They live up to their name. For starters they have the coolest array of glitter graphics I've ever seen. To be quite honest they don't have any 4^th of July layouts but they got such great graphics until it's worth it to swing by and pick up a few.

Create Your Own

If you try all the sites and you still don't find what you want or something that really speaks to you, then you can create your own. Almost every layout site offers access to code generators and graphics. Whether you're a perfectionist and just want to make exactly what you want or you're a novice who has never fooled around with this stuff before, the sites lead you step by step through the process to create your layout and generate your code. As you become more savvy you'll be able to create your own code.
