Where to Find High School Musical MySpace Layouts

After High School Musical's debut in 2006 it quickly went on to become one of Disney Channel's most successful original productions. It catapulted Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Lucas Grabeel and Monique Coleman to teen idol status and became a sensation with both kids and parents.

The High School Musical soundtrack went on to become the best-selling album of 2006 and Disney quickly spawned off a High School Musical concert tour, DVD, video game, book series and even an ice show.

It's not hard to see the appeal of High School Musical. It's good old-fashioned, bubble-gum pop fun. The characters in the movie are clean-cut and there are (as the title insinuates) many musical numbers in the movie, so it's the perfect movie for kids to watch over and over again.

All the stars of High School Musical have gone on to be successful with their solo projects - Vanessa Hudgens and Corbin Bleu recorded CD's, Zac Efron starred alongside John Travolta and Amanda Bynes in Hairspray and Ashley Tisdale's remains on Suite Life of Zack & Cody, a sitcom on Disney Channel.

And there seems to be no stop to the High School Musical machine. Disney debuted High School Musical 2 and it has been incredibly successful as well. There is already talk about High School Musical 3, which is slated to be released in theaters next year.

Even when naked photos of Vanessa Hudgens recently surfaced on the internet, Disney stood by their HSM star and vowed to move forward with future High School Musical plans. No word yet on whether that will be enough for Zac Efron (Vanessa Hudgen's real life boyfriend) who is reportedly re-thinking their relationship and how it could affect his burgeoning career.
