Being a mother of seven children, I am always looking for places where I can get the best deal on children's clothes. If you are a parent of one or more children, you know yourself that clothes for children can become some what expensive. Especially if you are buying numerous clothing items.

I have compiled a list of inexpensive places where you can find exactly what you are looking for, just for the right price.

Ebay is a great and inexpensive way of finding children's clothes. Wholesale lots are your best bet if you are looking for a lot of different items at a very low price. You can even search for specific items, new or used. Make sure when you do decide to buy anything from Ebay, that the seller is credible and has a positive feedback rating.

Craigslist has tons of children's clothing for sale at very reasonable prices. Many of the clothes offered on Craigslist are used clothes, in very good condition. All you have to do is go to Craigslist under "For Sale" and choose the "baby & kids" category. You can even search in the "Free" section for clothes people are getting rid of for Free.. Now that's a great deal !

Yard sales are a very good way of finding inexpensive clothing for children. I have been to numerous yard sales that price the children's clothes for $1.00 and under. This is a bargain in itself, especially if the clothes are almost new, in which most cases they are. Since children grow out of clothes so quickly. I would recommend making a day of this if you are going this route. Yard sales begin early in the morning Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Check on Craigslist for on going yard sales in your area.

Thrift stores and consignment shops are my favorite places to buy inexpensive children's clothes. Big named thrift stores, such as Goodwill, Salvation Army, and Arc, have certain days when children's clothes are half off or even 75% off. Best way to find out is to either go online or check the phone book to call them and find the days when the best sales are on.

Online websites are definitely a great place to find inexpensive children clothing. The discounts you can find are endless. Some of the best websites for discounted children clothing are KidSurplus.com, ChildrensPlace.com, Overstock.com, MagicKidsUSA.com and Zulily.com. These are just some of the places online that you can find super inexpensive children's clothes at. Take some time and search around the internet, it is a great place to find loads of bargains.

Stores like Ross, Marshalls, K-Mart, Wal-Mart and Macy's have some of the best prices for kids clothing I have ever seen. You would be surprised at how inexpensive some of the "major" retail stores are for children's clothing. If you do not receive Sunday ads, go online and check them out.
