For those NCAA Tournament prognosticators with more than 12 of the 16 teams in the NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen, this contest is not for you. For those of us staring at our NCAA Tournament brackets in shreds there is an answer. Many of the same websites that supplied the NCAA Tournament brackets now unveil their NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen second chance contests.

CBS wants everyone back in the NCAA Tournament.

Start your own NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen contest.
To start your own NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen contest just go to one ofe the sites that provided the original NCAA Tournament printable brackets, click here for the three options. Then make sure to follow all the do's and don'ts listed below it is pretty simple. Follow the same point system as the original NCAA Tournament bracket contest.

For a list of do's and don'ts when establishing please read "Where to Find NCAA Tournament Brackets for Office Pools." A quick over view of what is discussed: Make sure everyone in the office is okay with the NCAA Tournament. Don't make the contest for too much money. Don't let anyone trash talk. Just a few of the tips listed in the comprehensive story.

Teams to consider when filling out your own NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen bracket.
A few teams to consider (I will not give picks this time). Cornell and Saint Mary's are the hottest shooting teams in the Sweet Sixteen. Ohio State is still rolling their way through the NCAA Tournament and Northern Iowa and their dead on three point shooting star Ali Farokhmanesh has to miss sometime, doesn't he?

Kansas State is the key team in any NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen bracket. If Kansas State and Ohio State play it will be better than the NCAA Tournament Final. It will be reminiscent of the Indiana State/Michigan State game that featured Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. Pick one of these two teams to win it all.

Add another element to the NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen contest by placing 10-20 names in a hat and if that player is the tournament MVP the players to list as potential MVP's could be:

Evan Turner-Ohio State.
David Lighty-Ohio State.
Jon Diebler-Ohio State.
De'Sean Butler-West Virginia.
Ryan Whitman-Cornell.
Ali Farokhmanesh-Northern Iowa.
Denis Clemente-Kansas State.
Jacob Pullen-Kansas State.
Mickey McConnell-Saint Mary's.
Omar Samhan-Saint Mary's.
Wes Johnson-Syracuse.
Andy Rautins-Syracuse.
Kyle Singlar-Duke.
Jon Scheyer-Duke.
Nolan Smith-Duke.

One of the 15 players listed should win but if not the best thing is to have an alternate drawing. Anyone with a players name on the winning team wins. If there are more than one player then those three names go in a hat and the winner is drawn. It won't happen, one of these 15 players will be the 2010 NCAA Tournament MVP.

I was one of the first to go tear up my brackets Jan. I need to start a new contest myself.

Yes I need help. Wish I would have read that story about Cornell being the best 3 point shooting team before i made my brackets out!

I had to smile at your opening style, giving hope and consolation to those whose tournament brackets are in shreds already. Hope springs again!
