Where to Find a Secluded Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida
Neighborhood: Palm Beach
West Palm Beach, FL 33409
United States of America
If you are a tourist in Florida and rarely get to go to Florida, you are probably interested in catching a glimpse of the beach alone. There is nothing like going to the beach and having the privacy to sit on the beach alone or with your significant other. You may be asking yourself, "how much does this cost and where can I find it?" The good news here is that most tourists don't know that there is a beautiful beach located in West Palm Beach Florida. It aligns the million dollar homes located on South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach Florida. When you arrive at this beach, there is only metered parking. There are parking spots along side the blocks, but you have to have a permit to park there during certain hours and this is strictly enforced. I highly encourage you to go here after 5:00 P.M. so that you will be able to find a parking spot. Believe it or not, this beach is normally empty after 5:00 P.M. If you are looking to go tanning, then this is not the best time to go. However, the water will be warm and the sand still hot.

During the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. there are a lot of surfers and swimmers. The beach is still relatively empty since it is mainly used by the owners of the luxurious homes. This is a prestigious community of people and mostly millionaires. However, if you can find parking in one of these metered spots, you can have a spot all to yourself. All that you have to do is walk down a few feet and you will find a nice secluded spot. I encourage you to bring a friend or lover along with you because there is no life guard on duty and it is very secluded on different parts of the beach. There is often a police helicopter in the skies that do rounds, but it's not that often.

The cool thing about this beach is that you can set up a nice lawn chair and just watch the sun go down or just feel the nice ocean noise free from the noise of city life and traffic. Most people don't know about this beach because they are so used to hearing about: Miami Beach, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach and many of the other more popular beaches. I encourage you to go to this beach if you are looking for peace and quiet. This beach can give you an entertaining and glorious vacation. I guarantee that you will find yourself visiting this spot year after year because of its secluded location and beautiful view. This beach is free from litter and it is well maintained and guarded.

When you walk along the shoreline of West Palm Beach Florida, you will see a beautiful view and plenty of sunlight. You will be amazed at all of the beauty and privacy that you can have. If you are looking for secluded areas, then its best to ask the residents of West Palm Beach where to go. You will not find these hot spots in newspapers or from tourists. These secret places are well hidden because it's known to be areas for privacy and the residents like to keep it that way. There are many places in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach that have private beaches. The more often you visit this part of Florida, the more you will come to know about these secluded areas. Just remember that where the high tourist areas are, the less privacy you will have. If you are looking to find places like this, it's best to get to know someone from West Palm Beach through the internet and who knows Palm Beach and West Palm Beach well. Don't bother looking through the Florida tourist magazines because these places will more than likely not be listed.

I believe the writer is referring to "Ocean Beach" on Palm Beach Proper. (near the ocean end of Worth Ave.)

West Palm doesn't have any beaches per se, as it fronts Lake Worth and the Intracoastal Waterway and is not open to the ocean.
