At the Fremont Street Experience and the Rio Hotel located just off-strip in Las Vegas, you can get free beads tossed to you by performance artists. At the Fremont Street Experience, saunter by Mermaids and look for a brightly clad woman handing out beads. If you are lucky that day, she may have some green beads for you.
