State and Federal Forms in North Carolina

Mebane Public Library - 101 South First St., Mebane, NC; 919 563-6431. Hours are Monday - Tuesday 9-8; Wednesday - Saturday 9-6; Sunday 2-5 (September - May).
May Memorial Library - 342 South Spring St., Burlington, NC; 336 229-3592. Hours are Monday - Thursday 9-9, Friday & Saturday 9-6, and Sunday 1-5.
North Park Library - 849 Sharpe Rd., Burlington, NC; 336 226-7185. Hours are Monday - Thursday 3:30-8 (Sept.-May) and Monday - Friday 9-5:30 (June-August).
South Annex - 6342 Snow Camp Rd, Snow Camp, NC; 336 376-9705. Hours are Wednesday 1:00-6:00 PM.
The libraries also have a service where you can download tax forms and at 10ยข for each copy, you may print them out from one of their printers. They do not carry any forms for businesses or employers.
Your North Carolina State tax forms can also be downloaded at the North Carolina Department of Revenue site http://www.dor.state.nc.us/downloads/individual.html. They are located at 4701 Atlantic Avenue and Millbrook Rd., Raleigh, NC, which is opened Monday - Friday 8-5 PM.
For your Federal tax needs besides the library, you can also visit your local Internal Revenue Service. There are three locations within driving distance from Burlington, North Carolina.
