Where to Find Surveys for Myspace Bulletins

Caryn Murray
Surveys are a fun way to socialize and get to know your top 80 friends (a percentage of which you may actually know in person) and if you get into them, they can be quite addicting. In fact, it is important to read this entertaining article written by a survey addict. You may learn something.

This article touches on the different types of surveys, quizzes, and polls available, with limited sources listed as to where those questionaires. So here, a list is made showing available websites that cater to your 'get to know me' socializing ways. If you are a regular survey poster, it is a good idea to use a variety of websites so your posts aren't always 'the same'.

MyspaceSurveyFun offers a large selection of surveys, categorized for you to choose from. Though there are a lot of surveys that are really corny, this is a risk you run on any site specializing in user-made surveys. However, there is a balance of unique and clever questions available that make you think.

Myspace-Surveys is another site that focuses on Myspace users with a survey addiction. Though their layout is simple with an annoying adsense focus, there is a lengthy list of unique surveys on the left hand side for you to browse and choose from.

Survey Machine is a survey focused site that does not limit it's target audience to Myspace users. Users of any socializing site (including Xanga and Facebook) can be drawn to this site for a survey, quiz or poll.

Pulseware claims to be the most accurate survey site available on the web, stating 'tell them who you really are'. The tests here show a graphic display of your personality, offering something different for those looking for something new.

Surveys Total appears to be a new site, popular nonetheless. Here, as with many other sites, you can choose from the most commonly taken surveys and polls, or create your own.

Quiz My Mates is another adsense littered site, yet it offers the newest and most popular quizzes, as long as you know how to work your way around those relevant ads. (Quizzes are centered in the bottom.)

Pimp-My-Profile may already be bookmarked on your computer if you are a regular Myspace user. This popular site for profile layouts and comment graphics also offers a variety of surveys.

Blog Things has been a personal favorite of the survey addict mentioned in the beginning of this article. The surveys here come with results that you can share with your friends. (An example is "what should you be when you grow up?") Once you have answered all of the quiz questions, your results can be posted in a Myspace bulletin with a graphic displaying your results and invitation to your friends to take the same quiz.

Skize is a lesser known site, full of comments, layouts, graphics, flash toys, and surveys. An easy site to use for those with the most basic of computer knowledge (my husband for example) that may appear at first glance to focus on teeny boppers, but don't be fooled. Despite the glitter and pastel colors, there is something here for everyone.

I hope these sites help you find the variety that is important if you use surveys as a socializing tool on Myspace or any other socializing website.

  • Always use a variety when using surveys to socialize. Otherwise they can get old!
  • Be careful, surveys can be addicting.
Of all the support groups, there are none available (yet) for Addicted to Social Surveys. When A.S.S. does exist, I will be the first to write about it.
