Internal Revenue Service forms and Oklahoma Tax Commission forms are easily obtainable in Tulsa, Oklahoma. For people wishing to pick up their own paper forms, there are many locations available. Tax forms can be picked up from the following:

This is a secure location and identification must be shown to enter parking, as well as entering the Corps building. Forms are displayed in the public seating area on the Second Floor.

United States Post Offices:

The main Post Office is downtown at 333 West 4th St., Tulsa, Oklahoma 74101. The information telephone number is 1-918-599-6800. There are 10 Post Offices in Tulsa proper and information can be obtained from the above telephone number as to locations, hours or operation and possible forms available. Tulsa Public Libraries:

The Tulsa City-County Library is located at 400 Civic Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103. The telephone number is 596-7977. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., from September through May. There are 10 public libraries located in Tulsa proper.
