Where to Find Vegas Nightclub Passes

T.C.
Vegas is known for many things, nightlife is one that tops the list. With cover charges ranging anywhere from $25 to upwards of $250, a night out can cost almost as much as you lost on the blackjack table. Knowing where to get great deals and even comps on passes can save you a fortune and one great night may even turn your luck around.

Start with your hotel. By asking the front desk or concierge if there are passes available to guests may be the only thing you have to do. Most hotels want their guests to stay on the property to spend their money and will offer deals like 2 for 1 on cover charges or even no charge tickets to keep their guests spending money there.

Another place to try is your hotel's VIP players club. Every big hotel in Vegas has one, and you can earn other comps when signing up as well. This is a good option if you are planning on gambling anyway. The club tracks how long you gamble and how much you play, the club offers comps based on this. One thing to try is when you are signing up, ask the representative if they have any available. If you do it this way, you may not have to play as much!

Many different vendors target the Vegas audience for time shares. If you find yourself broke with an afternoon to spare, you may want to consider taking a tour of a property or two. For your time, these companies will provide you with tickets to various shows and clubs. Beware that these are sales people, although they say there is no obligation, you will feel the sales pressure. And who know, if you find a really good deal...you may decide to buy one and get a boatload of other perks that comes with the purchase.

Websites such as www.vegas.com , www.lasvegasinsider.com and others offer discounted and even free passes to night clubs. A good thing to do with these sites is to watch them plenty ahead of time before you leave for the best deal. There is a plethora of other web sites if you simply google them. But be sure to read what you are signing up for and what the conditions of receiving the pass are. Most sites are legit, but there are a few that require payment for membership or simply sell your info to spammers.

As a last resort, ask a scalper on the strip. Every night, clubs send people to the strip to recruit people. Some of the vendors are legit, while others should not be trusted. Again, be sure you know what you are getting into, and NEVER get in a car or shuttle provided by the scalper to take you to the club. This is very dangerous!!! A legitimate recruiter will simply give you the pass or take you name to be on a list at the door. Most of these offers require you to be at the club quite a bit earlier than the crowd. While you may be sitting in a dead club for an hour or two, you will get a great spot for the rest of the night and you can pace yourself to have a good night!

Las Vegas hotels are known for their freebies. They don't make their money in cover charges and room fares...the money comes from what people do when they are on property. So if you are a gambler, make sure that they know you are spending your money at their hotel. And befriend some of the staff...the best way to get freebies is to have someone on the inside that likes you!
