Where to Get a Flu Immunization Shot in Kansas City, Missouri

If you are looking for flu shots in and around Kansas City, Missouri, I have several locations within this article from which to choose all within 10 miles of the city. I chose stores where most people shop during flu season, so you will find flu shot locations and times for apartments, pharmacies, and a few other places.

Of course, you may go to any clinic but most of the clinics will be full and as a busy parent myself, I tried to gather spots you already go, hence the stores we shop.

The following people should get a flu shots pregnant women, children under 5 years of age, people with weak immune systems, those people who live in nursing homes, and people who are 50 years old older.

The best time to get flu shot if flu season of course, which is October and November, but the flue season can last as long as May. It is beneficial to also get a flu shot until January

If you have Medicare Part B and are not a member of an HMO, your flu and pneumonia shots will be free if you present your Medicare card at time of shot. Otherwise, the shots cost $25 to $30, to be sure call the number in the listing.
