The first cell phone company that offers cell phone service to individuals with bad credit or no credit at all, as well as some of the best no contract cell phone plans is Virgin Mobile. Virgin Mobile has some of the best no contract cell phone plans out there, as you can get a lot at the fraction of the cost that most of the larger cell pone carriers will charge. Not to mention, you can obtain unlimited cell phone plans, as well as unlimited texting and data services. Because Virgin Mobile is nationwide like the other big cell phone carriers, such as Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T, you can get a cell phone plan that has free roaming, so you will not incur hefty roaming charges when you travel. With Virgin Mobile, you can enjoy what every other cell phone company has to offer, not to mention, you can obtain some very cool phones. This is so much better than the prepaid cell phone plans that were offered back in the day that required you to pay as you go.
Another cell phone company that offers sell phone service to individuals with bad credit or no credit at all, as well as some of the best no contract cell phone plans on the planet is Boost Mobile. in the beginning, Boost Mobile started out only offering prepaid cell phone plans, where an individual had to pay for the minutes as he talked, and there were no free minutes offered, not even on the weekends. In addition, roaming charges were also incurred if the Boost phones were being used out of their coverage areas; however, that has changed. Now, Boost Mobile offers unlimited cell phone plans with free roaming that also come packaged with unlimited and data and texting plans for as low as fifty dollars a month. Boost Mobile is a wonderful option for individuals who are living on a tight budget, as they do not have to pay for a cheap plan with an allotted number of minutes to be used, just to only pay big in the end or to be stuck watching the clock and stressing out about how long they have talked on the phone. at just half the price that one would normally pay for unlimited cell phones with some of the larger carriers, low income individuals can still enjoy all of the perks and luxuries that unlimited cell phone plans have to offer and throw out all of those old minute plans with yesterday's trash!
The final cell phone company that offers affordable no contract cell phone plans on a reliable network is Walmart. Walmart offers two no contract cell phone plans that are so inexpensive that individuals will not even feel as though their wallets have been broken because cell phone service can be obtained at just half of the cost of those offered by mainstream carriers. The first cell phone plan that Walmart offers is their thirty dollar plan that comes with one thousand minutes, one thousand text messages, 30MB of web usage, nationwide coverage and free 411 calls. The second plan that Walmart offers is an unlimited cell phone plan that costs only forty-five dollars a month. This plan is awesome in that it comes with unlimited texting, unlimited web usage, nationwide coverage, and free 411 calls. With Walmart's Straight Talk plans, you can't lose.
Though these companies offer wonderful no contract cell phone plans at affordable prices, there is one downfall. If you are a blind cell phone user, you will be disappointed to know that these companies do not currently offer accessible cell phones. While blind users can do the normal things, such as place a call and answer the phone, nothing else can be done. Blind users will not be able to program contacts, text their friends, or browse the web, along with enjoying the other perks of their cell phones. This can change, however, because you as a blind person, as well as a consumer, can give your feedback to these cell phone carriers and encourage your friends to do the same. If you do this, you will not only bring about some serious change, but you will make it possible for every individual, no matter who they are, to enjoy no contract plans that do not require credit. In the meantime, go to town and take advantage of these awesome no contract cell phone plans.

Prepaid providers have been engaged in a price war for a few months now so if you can't (or don want to) sign a contract go for prepaid. They're much cheaper than contracts anyway.
Like the current NET10 prepaid phone I use right now... No hidden fees, no overages, no ETFs, always 10c per minute - even long distance, free roaming, great coverage! I spend half of what I used to pay on my cell contract per month now. I won't ever go back to a cell contract. It just make any sense to pay more, be signed into a contract for the same service...
