I remember when federal and state tax forms could be picked up at so many places in Tucson Arizona and in the past few years I have seen the choices dwindle tremendously. Below is helpful information for you, as you think about where and when to pick up your federal and state tax forms in Tucson Arizona.

Federal income tax forms can be picked up in the downtown area at the Federal Building located at 300 W. Congress, (located at the northeast corner of Congress and Granada). You have to go into the IRS office there, which is Room 1C. Their hours are Monday -Friday: 8:30 A.M-4:30 P.M.. Their telephone number is: (520) 670-4687.

Arizona state income tax forms can be picked up at the State Building, 400 W. Congress, (located at the northwest corner of Congress and Granada). You have to enter through the door on the West side of the building. Their hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. Their telephone number is: (520) 628-6400.

They also provide fill-in forms which can be completed on your computer and printed out to be mailed.
You can also find Federal forms and instructions for previous years here too. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to download and view the forms. Orders to be mailed usually take 7-15 business days.
By mail: You can write for your federal tax forms and publications from the IRS National Distribution Center at 1201 N. Mitsubishi Motorway, Bloomington, IL, 61705-6613. You should receive your order 10 days after they received your request.
For Arizona State Income Tax Forms:

They also provide fill-in forms which can be completed on your computer and printed out to be mailed. They no longer take orders on their website to mail tax forms.
