Where to Purchase the Motorola H500 Bluetooth Headset

So you are looking for a Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset? Well it is a good choice but you want the best deal do you not? So did I, which is why I shopped around a bit first. Thank the Lord for online shopping, it made this so much easier.

I ended up purchasing two Motorola H500 Bluetooth headsets, for my wife and myself about six months ago, online from Verizon, our cell phone carrier. They cost about $49.95 plus shipping and came with the charging cord which is interchangeable with the cord for the new cell phones we had recently purchased. Verizon shipped the headsets quickly though they did leave out one of the charging cords. I had to contact them to arrange a replacement. They took care of this little glitch promptly and I was happy with my ordering experience from them.

I have also found the Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset at Wal-Mart for about $55 in a variety of colors. If you want it in pink it usually runs a few dollars less. I suppose not many people are willing to be seen with a pink Bluetooth headset. If you are a true "tightwad" you could purchase the pink one and use a black "sharpie" permanent marker on it to save yourself $6-8 dollars. Personally, I say just shell out the extra couple of bucks and get a normal colored set.

Target is slightly cheaper, offering the Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset, only in gray, at $39.99 plus shipping online. While Best Buy is out of the ball park completely trying to sell the Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset, only in silver, at $72.99. This has been the most expensive I have found it for. Frankly, it is made by Motorola no matter where you buy it, why pay $73 when you pay $40?

If you are one of the types of folks who prefer to buy directly from the manufacturer, Motorola sells it directly from the "Moto Store" for $69.99, in either "nickel" or red. However, every time I checked they were "out of stock."

If you shop around on the internet you may find it for less. I have seen them on eBay for as little as $25 but that was without a shipping price and I never buy anything on eBay without an upfront shipping quote before I bid. I learned that lesson the hard way years ago. I won an auction on an item for $32 and the buyer tried to stick me with $200 shipping on a twelve pound package coming from within my home state. He backed out of the deal when I offered to ship it using my own UPS account but I learned my lesson, be careful.

Also, make sure your seller has a good LONG feedback list, especially for electronics like a Bluetooth. You do not wish to get stuck with a stolen item which is locked to another phone or otherwise unusable, aside from the fact that it is just morally wrong to be dealing in that. Then there is the possibility of fake merchandise which will not work right. I say all of this not to scare you off from looking for a Bluetooth on eBay, far from it, just make sure the seller you are dealing with has good feedback and thus a good reputation. There are some deals to be had here if you watch and are willing to carefully bid.

Good luck in your search for a Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset and may your new device work as well for you as mine has for me.
