Where Are the Republicans?

Elena Kagan is essentially a rubber stamp of Barrack Obama.. exhibiting the same lack of knowledge and respect for the greatest document the world has ever known.. The United States Constitution. That document more than any other factor is what has contributed to the greatness of America.. assuring liberty for the first time in world history, a place to reside.. providing it a foothold in a place where it can grow.. but only for as long as free men and women are allowed to cultivate it's fruits.

More than any other factor The United States Constitution is what has enabled and insured that it's citizens could sleep peacefully at night with the knowledge that no government will threaten their peace, their property, their investments, their families, their liberty, their futures or their lives..

Nothing else has ever served mankind better toward enabling the positive growth and cultivation of a great civilization.. in every conceivable manner toward the end result of generating a safe and comfortable place for humans to live. From advancements in science, medicine, space exploration, technology, computers, artistic expression, legal protections for it's citizens and on and on even to providing levels of prosperity so great that even the poorest of it's citizens typically still have cell phones, cable TV, auto's, access to cheap or free food, clothing, jobs and housing... and more than anything else.. the opportunity to go as far as one's imagination can envision.. All stemming from the protections provided by the United States Constitution.. as it enables men to be Free Men.. a stark and rare concept in world history.

This document is the cornerstone of American Liberty.. and by default, in a world where tyrannical governments flourish.. showing those impaled by tyranny in other countries, that there always can be a path toward liberty.. and that lesson of liberty will always shine like a beacon.. a bright and shinning light upon a path that takes men away from tyranny.

Elena Kagan.. demonstrating thru her past statements and writings that like Obama she is determined to change, mis-interpret, or just plain ignore the clarity of the words of The Constitution. Her goal is to confuse the meanings and to make un-clear that clarity that protects us from government over-reaching.. in essence for the purpose of destroying the value and the legal standing of our precious Constitution.

If you don't think the left is not capable of ignoring the abundantly clear words and meanings of The Bill of Rights, (a.k.a., the first ten amendments to The Constitution), then take a look at the recent 5 to 4 decision on the 2nd Amendment.. which in essence illustrates that 4 leftist judges on the Supreme Court could not even bring themselves to acknowledge the clarity of the words that grant all Americans the right to bear arms. It was simply an unbelievable display of how the left can stare at something as clear and as plain as the 2nd Amendment, granting us the right to protect ourselves.. and pretend that what they see.. does not exist.. Or if that's not enough, look at the utter disregard for the 10th Amendment, the entire Democratic party from Obama down, demonstrated.. as they forced ObamaCare down the throats of a stunned America in the dark of one Christmas Eve night.. Ignoring not just the enormous public outcry against it.. but the clear wording of the 10th Amendment itself, which states:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

.. meaning that the entire 2,600 pages of ObamaCare and it's government intrusion into our lives.. which among other things, forces Americans to purchase government health insurance.. OR face jail time.. is clearly a violation of the 10th Amendment.

Bit by bit, leftist politicians and leftist judges dismantle and disregard daily, America's Constitution.

So as Elena Kagan demonstrates before the Senate panel that she thinks the government has the right to tell it's citizens what they should eat.. that free speech should be "re-distributed" as if it were a commodity.. that in-alienable rights of it's citizens simply don't exist.. refusing to acknowledge that she wrote documents, even while admitting the document is in her handwriting.. that foreign law could supersede American law.. and while her handlers insure that the majority of her past writings, speeches and positions are blocked from review.. the Republicans with the exception of Jeff Sessions and Tom Coburn.. are basically silent. Although the Goombaa from South Carolina.. the always confused wishy-washy most prominent RINO ever.. Lindsey Graham.. wasn't all that silent.. No he had to chime in like the new breed of "Maverick" he fancies himself to be by proclaiming to Kagan, "Ms Kagan you certainly have increased your standing in my eyes today".. Hmmm. Wha?

Where are the Republicans? Why is this woman with a history that demonstrates her full blown contempt for liberty.. and her stated intentions of destroying The Constitution in every conceivable manner she could conjure.. why is there no promise or threat of a filibuster? What are you guys thinking? Where is the courage to be found on the Republican side of the Senate? Never mind that every democrat should be appalled at the idea of her presence on the Supreme Court.. we know what's become of the party of the donkey.. but why is there not an outcry at a minimum.. from the Senate Republicans with at the very least, a threat of a filibuster?

If there were ever a reason.. a cause.. an urgent need for a filibuster to prevent a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.. THIS IS THE TIME BOYS!!

The strong possibility of irreversible damage to America and liberty.. is immense. Our way of life is at stake. The idea that the Republican party for the most part is willing to "go along" and get along in silence.. and just roll over and turn a blind eye.. enabling a process that the democrats would never allow if the tables were turned... is simply outrageous.

The Senate Republican's own web site states:

"she has no judicial experience and virtually no litigation experience on which the Senate can judge her suitability for the bench"

OK, given that.. the question must be asked of the Senate Republican leadership where is the filibuster.. or at least the threat of a filibuster?

Where are you Senator Mitch McConnell?
Where are you Senator Cornyn?
Where are you Senator Kyle?
Where are you Senator Grassley?
Where are you Senator Hatch?
Where are you Senator Graham?
(Never mind Graham.. we know where you are)..

To silently allow this unqualified individual to assume the mantel of last resort.. with such a massive negative potential.. threatening America in the last place Americans can go to redress Tyranny.. for her entire lifetime.. is simply beyond what American's deserve. It is an utter disregard of your sworn responsibilities to America and it's Constitution..

We do not deserve to be represented by a GOP that simply acts like the useful idiots of the left.
And if you aren't the useful idiots of the left, Senator McConnell,
Exactly how would anyone be able to tell the difference?
