17^th Annual tree lighting ceremony in New Brunswick, NJ 5pm-7pm at monument square on the corner of George Street and Livingston Ave. The festival will include a chili cook off, horse drawn carriage rides, Santa and Mrs. Claus and childrens activities such as a scavenger hunt. The event will be emceed by Magic 98.3's Debbie Mazella.

Edison Elks Lodge #2487 is holding the 9^th annual toys for tots celebration on December 5 between 10am and 2pm. The lodge is located on 375 Old Post Rd next to the Shoprite. Bring unwrapped toys or drop them off in the bin in front of the lodge. Refreshments will be served, games, and Santa will be there. Call 732-572-2251 and ask for Doug or Elaine for questions.

Free photos with Santa at Gold Coast Jewelry at 346 George Street in New Brunswick, NJ from 10am-4pm. The event will be hosted by Boraie Development, LLC.

December 6, 2009

The Parade of Lights in Sayreville, NJ, consists of 15-20 floats and the marching band will perform on Washington Rd. & Main St. The parade starts at 6 pm and after it ends free hot chocolate and cupcakes will be served in the Mickey Sedlak Recreation building on Dolan Street. Pictures with Santa will be free. Residents are asked to bring nonperishable food donations.

St. Stanislaus Kostka HAS is hosting a Christmas Bazaar from 11am-5pm on December 6 at the school, located at 221 MacArthur Ave, Sayreville, NJ. Breakfast with Santa will be from 9am-10:30am and cost $12.00. This includes a hot breakfast and a photo with Santa. The bazaar with also have a tricky tray, 50/50, and games for children. Tickets may be purchased at the church office, call 732-254-0212 for questions.

December 11 and 12, 2009 from 6-9pm at 55 Valley Vale Drive in Old Bridge, NJ interested parents should bring their camera to take their child's photo with Santa. A donation for toys for tots is requested, but not required.

Jamesburg, NJ- Santa on the train at 10 am

Breakfast with Santa 9 am- 12pm at the Anthony V. Ceres Elementary School, hosted by the PTO in Perth Amboy, NJ. For the first time ever, breakfast and photos will Santa will be held in the school cafeteria. Breakfast will include bacon and eggs; children will make crafts, and take photos with Santa. Breakfast with Santa hosted by the Sayreville War Memorial High School Choir on December 12, 2009 at 9:30 am and 11:00 am in the middle school cafeteria at 800 Washington Road, Parlin section of Sayreville. All children in kindergarten and first grade are invited to attend. Seating is limited and reservations are required, call Lori at 732-390-0058. The event will consist of crafts, breakfast, and photos with Santa including a performance by the choir. The cost is $5 per child.

Brunch with Santa at the New Brunswick Elks Lodge located at 40 Livingston Avenue between 10am and 12pm for grades K through 5. The cost is $3 and reservations are suggested. Call 732-545-4849 for more information.
