Where Do the Stars Vacation?

Have you wondered where some of your favorite stars like to vacation? Do you think perhaps they visit Dollywood, the Grand Canyon or the Jersey Shore ? While us poorer folks are camping, taking mini-vacations or pinching pennies, the rich are doing what the rich do best - spending money on fabulous vacations. Or are they? You may be surprised at how 'down to earth' many celebs really are.

Where Henry Winkler vacations:

Henry Winkler, the coolest dude ever, the 'Fonz' from days gone by on Happy Days, is happy to spend some of his days in Montana . He likes to do some fly fishing as well as check out the beautiful scenery.

Where Clay Aiken vacations:

Clay Aiken, as strange as it may sounds, prefers to visit Afghanistan when he has time off. Perhaps that's a good place to rest his vocal cords.

Where Margaret Cho vacations:

When she isn't performing, Margaret prefers places where shots are required, such as Napal.

Where Maureen McCormick vacations:

Maureen doesn't head to the beach or a far away island when she needs time off and away. Maureen heads to Minnesota . She loves Lake Vermilion . She says its remote and that is why she loves it so much. She usually has her husband and daughter with her for company. She probably doesn't run into any other "Brady Bunch" stars there.

Rick was born in Australia and likes to spend time in New Zealand .

Where David Morse vacations:

He loves the New England area, Maine in particular. He says it's like no other state.

Where Lisa Kudrow vacations:

The former star of "Friends" likes to visit her in-laws who just happen to live in the South of France. I'd visit my in-laws if they lived there too!

Where Oprah Winfrey vacations:

Anywhere she darn well wants! She does enjoy spending time in the Caribbean . If she heads to Antigua , she may run into Eric Clapton. Maybe now that she won't be working quite as many hours, she will have time for a vacation or two.

Where Bill Gates vacations:

Bill and his wife like to spend time in Greenland . Green is the color of money.

As you can see, some stars just prefer to be down to earth when they get time away from work. So, it is possible you may run into one where you vacation.
