You can enter March Madness On Demand by either going to cbssportline.com you can go directly to it here.
Once you are on the March Madness On Demand home page, you can either proceed as a regular guest or you can sign up for VIP access. As a regular guest, you do not need to have an account with cbssportsline. To sign up for VIP access, you will need to get an account with them. The account is free; however you will need to provide your email address in order to sign up.
The difference between a regular account and a VIP account comes into play after you launch the viewer. Depending on how many people are accessing March Madness On Demand, you may have to get into a virtual "waiting room" and wait for access. If you have VIP access, your wait will be shorter than if you didn't have VIP access. I have entered March Madness On Demand as a VIP three times today and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes.
I just now launched March Madness On Demand as a user who was not logged in. I was the 45, 911th person in line. I then logged in with my VIP account and I got in immediately.
Once you have entered March Madness On Demand, you will have your choice of any game to watch. Just click on the Play button next to the matchup of your choice and the game will appear shortly in the viewer.
In order to allow as many people access as is possible, periodically a window will appear in your browser that will ask you if you are still watching. If this happens, just click OK, and your viewing will go on uninterrupted. If you are away from your computer when the window appears and you don't say OK, March Madness On Demand will close. To get back in, just repeat the steps above. You may have to go into the virtual "waiting room" again.
Now for an interesting little feature that will make it easier to catch some of the action while you are toiling away at work. Approximately half way down the page, there is a button called the "Boss Button". If you click on that button, the game you are watching will mute and the March Madness On Demand window will transform into a very business-like Microsoft Excel document with a colorful chart. To return to the game you were watching click anywhere on the spreadsheet.
Have fun and good luck with your brackets!
