If you believe in Christianity or any other GOD as creator, the answer is 'hen came first.' Like GOD created Adam and Eve, he also created other living creatures in pairs. So if you believe that, then hen came first.
If you believe in science of evolution (Darwin's theory of evolution), the answer is 'egg came first.' Like it has been found that apes are Human beings ancestors, it is possible that egg came from a bird due to mutation (or evolution) and when it hatched, came out a chicken. So egg came first.
Some people believe hen came first and others egg, nobody knows what's the truth. But the talk or debate on this topic always continues.

For sure such a incredible body-machine is not a resultant of randomized combinations of mere small components DNA. If so here is another question where did DNA come from? Where did that Burning ball in heaven come from?
