Customers that are more interested in buying cheaper items actually lose money because they will be forced to replace the product a few years later. But there are some items that customers should spend less money on and there are also some items customers should splurge on.
Below is a list of items customers should splurge on:
Jeans
It's a good idea to buy jeans that cost more (also known as premium denim) because they won't fade and they will last longer. Premium denim also fit better, comes in a darker wash, and has better quality hardware.
Types of premium denim to purchase:
1) True Religion
2) Citizens of Humanity
3) Paige Premium Denim
4) Rock & Republic
5) J Brand Jeans
6) 7 For All Mankind
Handbags
A well-made handbag has been known to last for decades. The longevity of a well-made handbag makes the price of the bag well worth it for most people. A handbag that is made of high quality fabrics should be made of the best quality leather, the handles should be stitched to the bag and not glued, the hardware should be top quality, and the handbags color shouldn't fade.
Types of handbags to purchase:
1) Michael Kors
2) Coach
3) Cole Haan
4) Marc Jacobs
Cashmere
A product that is made of real cashmere should have 100 percent cashmere on its label. It should not be blended with other fabrics. You should avoid less expensive cashmere because it has the tendency to feel itchy. Real cashmere should feel soft and not itchy.
Winter coat
A winter coat that is well-made should have high quality fabric that will not wrinkle and will last through out continuous use.
Other clothing items to splurge on:
1) Bras
2) Black dress

Post a CommentI love my handbags!!!
I agree about handbags. I had a Gucci bag that I used for years.
My idea of splurging is not going to the thrift store!

Taught me some fashionable buys, although my jeans days are long over. :) Sheri
