Which trend diet suits you the best? Here is a look at some of the fad diets to see if one can work for your lifestyle.

Slim Fast
Just like the commercial says it is one shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and you can have a sensible dinner. The shakes in recent years have become more rich and creamy. Plus you do not just have to have the shakes the diet does allow for small amounts of healthy foods besides the shake itself. Starting each morning with a healthy shake does set the mood for the day, although some people may not like the lack of choice they get. Having the same thing every day can get boring.

Weight Watchers
This diet contains a point system. Every food is given a point value based on its calories fat, and fiber content. This allows for a better variety in the diet with out crazy on calories. In addition there are also weekly meetings. This diet is easy to stick to and the point value shows you what is good to eat. Of course the downfall is the people can cheat on the point value or still eat unhealthy while staying in the point system.

High Fiber
When first thinking of fiber most think of prunes and disgusting cereals, but in today's days many things are higher in fiber. Dannon Yogurt has introduced the Light and Fit Crave Control yogurt that contains 3grams of fiber. There are also many fiber bars in many delicious flavors. Plus many fruits and vegetables are packed with fiber. So eating a high fiber diet is a very healthy way to go. Using food for fiber is the best way to go, although getting it through pill and powder form is also an option. Though powders and pills do not give the nutritional values.

Juice Fasts
Some call this a detox diet. This is an easy way to lose weight quickly. You can drinks at the store which contain kale and other healthy things. You can also make your own juices using a juicer or a blender mixing fruits and vegetables. This is only something someone can do short term. Using a juice fast long term can cause more damage then good. Be careful when getting liquid fasting products from a store some may contain laxatives they can cause diarrhea and cause the dehydrate the body.

This is just a quick look at four of the popular diet trends. Maybe one can help you lose the few pounds or many pounds you need to lose.
