Which Man Returns on the Bachelorette Tonight?

What Man Fights for DeAnna's Hand?

Demetria Dixon
The ominous advertisements for tonight's Bachelorette finale have left us all wondering who's coming back to try and wrest DeAnna Pappas' hand away from her current choices, Jesse and Jason. As we know from the,DeAnna tells all expose, she is happily engaged. To whom remains to be seen?

Usually I don't make it in from work early enough to catch the Bachelorette and see DeAnna's shenanigans first hand so I have to watch them on the internet. For an even more fun and colorful (read laced with humorous expletives) commentary on her antics, I call my best friend who regales me with the goings on. I like the rest of TV watching America was shocked when she sent Jeremy packing, but as my best friend likes to say. "He probably wasn't hanging or swanging." Those are her words and not mine. Not to put too fine a point on it but she did send him packing after their fantasy suite night. That coupled with the fact thatshe gave him the age old, "it's not you, it's me" speech. Even kids know that's a load of malarkey. If someone tells you, that it's not you, it's them, rest assured it's you. Perhaps the reality of Jeremy was not a fantasy. This is not to cast aspersions on his prowess or even to intimate that his prowess was even on parade but it is curious.

Whenever, I watch the Bachelorette, I am struck at the eagerness of these men. If I'd known men who were this eager to trip on down the road to marital bliss, I may have been a married woman by now. I suppose that's the problem, I don't know enough about men to know if this is the way men actually carry on or if it's just the testosterone levels coupled with their competitive nature that is really to blame.

As I said, I've been wondering who's coming back on tonight's Bachelorette and I put the question to my best friend and here's who we came up with as likely candidates to pull a move a la John Cusack in "Say Anything". Since boomboxes have fallen out of favor, maybe they'll opt to just tell her how they feel. I can't wait to see if that works.

Twilley

From the beginning of the show, Twilley always struck me as a little off center but not in the good way like Jesse or Scott. Of course, Twilley like all of the bachelor's probably suffered at the hands of the editors who put the show together for maximum effect. Even though it's reality TV, it's really not. If only I had an editor for my life.

Jeremy

Jeremy is the one I'd expect to see. After his grief-stricken response to DeAnna's rejection and his exit from the limo for his dramatic and sad pose down near the tree, I'm thinking he's probably due some more camera time. Hey Jeremy, if the Bachelorette doesn't work out, I'm seeing you as the next bachelor. I can see it, can you?

Graham

The 5'9" professional basketball player, who got off on the wrong foot, with me, by telling DeAnna that he didn't want to be one of a million. My response, "Dude you signed up with 25 other guys so you're at least going to be one of 25." The fact that he wasn't aware of the kind of show he was on signed his walking papers. His whole attitude makes me believe he may not be ready to let go just yet.

Brad Womack

Okay, I admit I'm out on a limb with this one, but isn't this what all the girl's dream about. The one that got away, realizing the error of his ways and coming back to fight for the love he let slip away. I see it so clearly, there he stands framed in the doorway. "DeAnna, I realize how wrong I was for not loving you, please give me another chance." To which DeAnna responds, a la "Valley of the Dolls", "it's too late, hit the bricks bub."

These are my choices. Chances are I'm off the mark but hopefully I'll make it home in time tonight to see for myself, the man who is willing to return and fight for DeAnna's love.

Thanks Angel and Michele. Reality Tv at least some of it is my guilty pleasure. I haven't been able to get into Wipeout or other shows like that.

I used to watch a lot of reality television, but I haven't in years. This article makes me want to start tuning in again.

I suppose, but no one forces anyone to come on a nd considering the rigoruos process they put you through. A girlfirend of mine was vying to be on the Bachelor and she got pretty far but it is a lot of work to get on the show. People who are on, really want to be there.
